RETURNS
Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of arrival of your order. Shipping and handling for all non-defective returns is at the customers expense. Items returned for exchange or store credit must be received in original, unused condition. They must also be in the original packaging. Online purchases can be returned in store within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of store credit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on jewelry, hair accessories, gift cards and sale items.
If your item is not to your satisfaction, we will gladly accept it back for an exchange or store credit. Simply email us at info@mariedumas.com within 14 {fourteen} days upon receipt of the item that you will be returning to us. Shipping and handling for all non-defective returns is at the customers expense.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return. If it is approved, we will exchange or issue a store credit
DAMAGED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
All items are packed with the best of care. All damaged merchandise shall be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please feel free to contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you. All claims for damaged items must be made within the next 5 business days following the arrival of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
