Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2-21 business days and may be subject to change depending on availability. Business days include Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your item is prepared for shipment and shipped; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with the carrier and tracking information. Please note that orders using local delivery will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat shipping rates that depend on the location where your order will be shipped. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

* Shipping rates for orders sent to the United States are on a case-by-case basis. A quote will be provided once your order has been placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
